Talia Misner
Business Manager
Talia grew up on the beautiful Oregon Coast; however, after many years of rain she wanted to enjoy having four seasons. She and her husband have lived in Okanogan County for 20 years now, raising four wonderful children. She likes reading, camping, and being outdoors to enjoy all the area has to offer, no matter the adventure.
For more than 11 years, Talia worked as an Okanogan County Deputy Clerk assisting the Court and serving the public before joining Miller & Chase, PLLC in 2016 and Ken Miller & Associates, PLLC in 2024. As the Business Manager, she is here to manage the day-to-day operations of the firm and to assist clients with their needs and concerns.
Ivan Morales
Lead Paralegal
Ivan serves as the lead paralegal for the firm, bringing extensive experience and dedication to his comprehensive legal support. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he effectively communicates with a diverse clientele, ensuring all legal needs are met with professionalism.
Ivan graduated cum laude from Central Washington University with a B.A. in Law and Justice. Prior to joining the firm, he worked with both the Superior and District Courts in Okanogan County, where he gained invaluable experience in court procedures and case management. Currently, Ivan is furthering his legal education by pursuing a Juris Doctor degree through the Flex program at Seattle University School of Law.
In his spare time, Ivan conducts foreclosure sales, provides process serving support, and performs field inspections for compliance with insurance policies.
Cierra Sullivan
Paralegal
Cierra is a proud Yakima County local who grew up in the beautiful town of Naches. She started her career as an Airline Customer Service Representative and previously also worked as a field Technician for a Water Utility Company and certified Endoscopy Technician. In 2021, she made the leap to the Okanogan County and found her true passion for law when she joined the Miller and Chase, PLLC, moving to Ken Miller & Associates, PLLC in 2024.
When she’s not fighting for justice, she’s a super-mom to her amazing daughter.
