Family Law Mediation Services

Why Mediate?

Okanogan County Superior Court requires pre-trial mediation in most family law matters. Choosing to mediate preserves important relationships, minimizes hostility, and achieves an amicable resolution benefitting everyone involved, especially children.

Compared to trial, mediation is a faster, cheaper, and less adversarial. Parties are also more invested in a collaborative solution they design, rather than an order imposed by a judge.
